If you are looking for some money management features of some kind of special features that you can use to your advantage when trading, you are lucky! Most of the binary options brokers provide three money management features which are discussed below:
Double Up: This feature is designed to help you double your profits during an ongoing trade. Let us suppose that started a trade and you can see that the trade in holding good and your speculation will turn out to be correct whether it is a Call option or a Put option. You will definitely want to take advantage of the position. This is when the Double Up option comes in handy. Towards the end of the trade (that is when the expiry time of the trade closes in), a button appears on the trading screen which reads ‘Double Up’. Once you click on the button, the system will automatically place another trade with same investment amount in the same direction as before but within the same expiry time. Thus, when the trade expires, you win both the trades and your profits are doubled. Double Up feature can be used only once every trade.
Rollover: This feature allows you to reduce your risks by increasing the expiry time of the trade in case you think that your speculation will go wrong. Suppose you started trade and made a Call option and towards the end of the trade you find that your speculation is going wrong. A button appears on the trading screen which reads ‘Rollover’. Clicking on the button will extend the expiry time of the trade and thereby reducing your chances of losing the trade because the market conditions may change and the price of the trading asset can increase to eventually cross the strike price. This holds true for Put option too! The only problem is that when you use Rollover, the profit ratio offered by the broker falls. Also remember that Rollover option can be used only once every single trade.
Buy Me Out: This is yet another interesting feature that will allow you to prematurely end your trade. In case you think that your speculation is going wrong and you do not wish to continue with the trade, you can use the Buy Me Out option to end the trade before the set expiry time. In case you use this option, the broker will deduct a portion of the money you invested and return the remaining money to you. It is always wise to wait as long as possible before using the Buy Me Out feature because the market conditions may change.
Please Note: None of the aforementioned money management features are available for 60 Seconds trades.
